I love swedish meatballs, they are one of my many favorites. These look delicious!
Your swedish meatballs sound good.
I'm an actual swede and the only ingredients that looks right are meat and breadcrumbs.the other things do not belong in a Swedish meatball. For authentic Swedish meatballs you mix ground pork and beef, milk, breadcrumbs, egg, salt, pepper, allspice and chopped onion. The gravy is a cream sauce made from flour, milk, heavy cream, soysauce and salt :)
